Madison Mill Safety GateMadison Mill has recalled their Foldaway safety gate. This expandable gate has V-shaped openings at the top which are large enough for a small child's neck to fit in and get caught, creating a strangulation hazard. The gap at the bottom of the gate is also large enough for a young child to crawl through and gain access to dangerous areas.Products
